Lake Catholic high school

• Co-educational, Catholic School (accepting students of all faiths)
• College prep curriculum with an enrollment of 500 students
• Accepting applications for the 2023-2024 school year
• International students eligible to participate in all varsity sports for their first year also, Performing Arts, Clubs, and Cheerleading

• Your Host Family is typically connected to Lake Catholic (Home to a current student, alumni or staff member)
• Mentor Ohio is a pleasant, safe suburb – 20 minutes from Cleveland
• A school employee serves a liaison between Host Family and Student
• Students receive a variety of support from Guidance Counselors, College Guidance, Campus Ministry, Intervention Specialists
• All students receive an orientation to the area, school and academics
• Lake Catholic’s goal is to have 30 students from all over the world
• Students love the new cafeteria and snack shop offerings

• Challenging courses including 10 Advanced Placement, 24 honors classes, 36 fine & performing arts, several technology-advanced offerings, plus prep classes for college entrance exams (ACT).
• College Credit Plus program offering college credit in the areas of math, english, business, science, and performing arts
• New Innovation Hub and Media Production center, remodeled science labs (5), a large Campus Ministry Center, and a college-level strength and conditioning center
• Extensive support staff including 3 guidance counselors, a college counselor, and 3 intervention specialists
• Campus Ministry guides vibrant service and ministry programs
